[RFC] revised release schedule

with the recent flurry of activity on Gtk2 and changes in Glib, i'd like to go another two weeks on the beta cycle before hitting the 1.0 release.

this should also give our documentation volunteers time to get something ready.  (more volunteers are welcome, there's plenty to do.)

with that, here's a revised schedule:

* yes, this does skip 0.93.  consider 0.93 to be unreleased -- there were no changes until saturday.

** provided there are no changes or big issues found in this week.

*** GladeXML has gone without significant changes for almost a month, so it's pretty stable, although it may still lack support for custom widgets.  this will give us a chance to get more feedback on it.

as always, this is really just a proposal, if you have any comments, ideas, thoughts, misgivings, of whatever, please speak up.
