i walk you through binding a fictional C library to perl using the 
tools provided by Glib and Gtk2, and then spew out all sorts of hints 
on how to make that easier.  focuses on doing it the hard way so you 
understand what the easy way is doing for you.  does not aim to be 
comprehensive.

required reading for anyone interested in assuming maintainership of 
the Gnome2, Gnome2::Print, etc modules.
