Strange toolbar icon drawing problem on Win XP

Hi,

I've compiled GTK+ 3.4.0 from source on Win XP (32-bit) and have a 
strange problem with toolbar icons not drawing themselves -- but only at 
certain times.  The best way I know of to describe the problem is with a 
screencast: https://www.box.com/s/3feb5b43ea0651ad3fef.  In the video I 
have run gtk3-demo.exe and selected the "Tool Palette" demo.

Has anyone else seen this problem?  Is there a fix/workaround for it?
