DnD on Win32

Hello,

is it possible to get *intra*app DnD working on Win32 in newer Gtk+?
How?

I thought my program did something wrong but it does not work even in
gtk-demo (in the edtiable GtkIconView demo) in Tor's 2.22 binaries.
