It does seem to be a bit spotty lately, yes. I just checked again with
2.24 and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. For example, a
custom widget with draggable thumbnails seems to work all the time,
but a listview of which the rows can be reordered only worked the
first time a row was dragged.
