Sorry, but this is BS. Stop pretending all MS Windows apps
use the very same file open dialog, that is just not true.
Quite a few native MS Windows apps do not use the stock file
open dialog, or maybe it is the stock dialog, but extended
with so much other stuff that it does not look so any more.
The Gtk+ stock dialog is perhaps too different, but the
idea MS Windows users do accept somewhat different dialogs
in native MS Windows app but cannot accept somewhat
different Gtk+ dialog is ridiculous.
