Adding libmount-based implementation in gio/gunixmounts.c

Hi all,

A few weeks ago I found an issue with GIO's g_get_unix_mount_points() that
made me find the 8-years-old bug 522053[1], so I decided to step in and try
to provide a solution based on libmount, as suggested on irc / bugzilla.

I posted the patches I have from my private branch both there in BZ as well
as in a fork of the git repo[2] a week ago, but I thought I would ping the
list now since haven't received any feedback yet.

Any thoughts, comments or suggestions are more than welcome.
