Their diffs and GTK+ version in whole are available at
ftp://wingide.com/pub/win32gtk/ .

(Yes, they using a hacked version does seem to imply a fork of the
Win32 version of GTK+. Some of their (very nice and important) fixes
are in CVS, others I still have to work on (like the OLE2 DND), others
I have doubts about whether to accept.)
