Time based graphing

I'm having a hard time getting a graph to display temperature over a
period of time.  The time periods are irregular.  I've formatted the
time column as h:mm but gnumeric displays the data on the graph as
0:00 for each data point.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for getting a simple line
graph working?
