Time for another update!  Here's my latest patch:

This adds/updates import and export functionality for the following
commands: Set Text, Set Area Text, Ins/Del Col/Row, Clear Selection,
Format Selection, and Resize Col/Row.

I'm not exactly sure what I'll be working on next--depending on
whether this patch is good or not I might be adding functionality for
more commands.
