Yes, although 1.3.91 is around the corner.

If so, I seem to have missed the announcment.


That's because there hasn't been one yet. There is only a news file
(http://ftp.gnome.org:/pub/GNOME/sources/gnumeric/1.3/gnumeric-1.3.90.news).

It also seems rather fast.
