Yes, as the libraries that are built are named libgnomeprint(ui)-2-2.

In unstable. Experimental has the 2.6 ones.

It too is in experimental, just like GNOME 2.6 [*] which builds on it. They
will move to unstable at some point, but current discussion
(http://lists.debian.org/debian-release/2004/debian-release-200404/msg00082.html)
suggests that may take a while yet.

Gnumeric 1.3.0 is buildable using using unstable + experimental, as was CVS
HEAD last time I tried.
