The debian unstable package lists have 2.2 but do not include these two libs in
2.4. A google search for libgnomeprint2.4-dev only found the README file again.
Where can I get these two packages?
Looks like the debian packages are called -2.2 but have version
2.4.x.
You may still have trouble building 1.3.0, it depends on gtk-2.4.
I'm not sure what it's packaging status is. Additionally be warned,
1.3.0 is a _development_ release. It is not expected to be fully
functional or stable. The latest stable release is 1.2.11
