checking for gtk-config... /usr/bin/gtk-config
checking for GTK - version >= 1.2.0... no
*** Could not run GTK test program, checking why...


Try looking through config.log: "less config.log".  With any luck
there will be some additional info towards the end that may give you
some clue as to why the gtk test program didn't run.
