This just fills in B2 for me.  I think we're talking about the same
thing, though; it was probably temporarily broken for 0.65 like you
said.

If the behaviour I'm looking for doesn't appear in the next revision
or so, I'll let you know 8-).

P.S. The "End" key is a kind of shift state in Excel - notice that
when you press it, a toggle appears in the status bar at the bottom,
much like it does for NumLock etc.
