In theory the procedure would be

In practice we are seeing a small transposition of events
    1) Announce release
    2) Release
    3) Test
    4) Fix

As a result the 'Grandma Almer' release will be made in the next
couple of days as we attempt to test the pile of small silliness
that have turned up since yesterday.
