I don't really know. When you say "opened" the ports, does it mean
"forwarded" or just "allowing" connections on those ports?

I do not understand that problem. You can not do a call until the
current call is terminated, which is normal. However, either you or the
remote side can terminate the call by pressing the hang up button.
The instances are simply threads, most probably, so no worry about this.
So I do not understand what you are trying to explain. Can you give a
list of steps to achieve in order to reproduce your problem and describe
it clearly?
