I have not a scientific explain for you, but now is working. I edited "my xorg.conf" because I read the man page "v4l" and the man page suggest to do that. Before this Ekiga webcam did not work.

I do not understand why ? Because the directory /video has only two plugins and if you copy this plugins must work well, is the same thing with flashplayer plugins.
