AFAIK, both audio and video are sent as a stream of UDP datagrams each
of which could take a different route. That said, all things being equal
they will typically take the same route.
My point was that when I had initial problems with this I started
simple. Testing between two hosts on my home LAN showed that the
hardware/drivers were working fine...
