Are you sure that setting everything to the maximum doesn't explode your
bandwidth?

Also try to to play with the number of transmitted background blocks.

Yes, you would need them, but I doubt it would change anything.
But I don't understand something :
- The screenshot corresponds to an image saved by GnomeMeeting
- Was the image something sent by another GnomeMeeting?

Perhaps your MCU doesn't cope well with H.261. Works are being done in
OpenH323 to support H.263 too. It already works, but not with
Netmeeting.
