Have you got two PCs on the same network that you could test it with
so that you can rule out firewall/router issues. What about local
firewalls on the PC. Lastly would it possibly be a problem with
something else locking the sound device. Have you tested to see that
your mic/soundcard is working using the test option in gnomemeeting?
