Furthermore, creating new files with a patch makes it easy to apply the patch
twice. I mean that /usr/bin/patch would not know that the file is already
created and prepend the new file to it even if I run "patch --forward". An
incremental diff from the previous version + pwlib.tar + openh323.tar + gm.tar
(that have only the new files in a nice directory structure) sounds easiest to
apply. Or we could use a shell script that applies the patch and puts the
files in place (because of moving the .h file to .h.in.in or whatever it was).
