Hmm, maybe we should name it acquaintens (or what ever the spelling is)

Some people probably wants a "Feel free to call" state that would be
marked in ILS (if possible).

Btw, call history would probably be nice. Imagine someone calls you
because you put in on 'do not disturb' because you are going to make
dinner or so...so when you switch it back your friends will get a notice
that you are back. Does that sounds like crap? Hmm, probably needs to be
thought out. - It's late :)
