In an ideal world, you should be able to change your language and not
need to restart your session, so I think it would be nice to put an
infrastructure in place (GTK signals? a D-Bus service signalling
listeners?...) for this to be possible. This might need some
coordination with other modules, so why don't we move this discussion to
d-d-l?
