The screenshots look nice. I would just change the "Layout Options" to
"Options" in the secondary tab - since you already have "Layout" as
the label of the primary tab.

The fact is that layout and options really belong together
semantically (and architecturally). So I was always _a_bit_ unhappy to
have them in the same list as "General" and "Accessibility".

So if it not a gruesome violence of HIG - I would prefer to see these
to tabs together (and separated from other tabs) - either as secondary
notebook or as separate dialog (as Rodrigo offered)
