To me at least, typing break is more of a utility than a preference. I 
think this is why it being in control center doesn't make a lot of 
sense. I personally didn't know it was there until someone told me and 
I suspect many other people are unaware of this useful utility. I'd 
just like to see it moved to somewhere more obvious and appropriate. I 
only mentioned Workrave as an example that alternatives do exist if we 
decided we didn't want to maintain it any more.
