Ok understood now:
1.- scp myExecutable myUser master gnome org:
2.- ssh myUser master gnome org
3.- mkdir /ftp/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/programFolder
4.- mv myExecutable /ftp/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/programFolder
5.- signal-ftp-sync
6.- wait 5-10'
Done:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/binaries/win32/chronojump/
Also edited that readme
Thanks
