help on binaries on gnome-FTP

I created installation binaries of my app:chronojump for windows and
linux using installjammer

i've seen there's a dir of binaries on FTP with a subdir of win32, and
inside there are .exes and .zips in the apps folders

i think the best is:
- to put my binary for windows there, but there's no "chronojump"
folder. And i don't know how to put there the file.
- create a subdir called "linux" (brother of win32) and then create
chronojump subdir... and put there the linux binary

any ideas?
