As I see it for 2.18.1

- Templates are crucial
- Additional features i.e. insert folders etc is important but not essential.
- DOAP is ok, but can be left for later.
- Releases and downloads are in fact out of our current scope, and we
will probably need to seduce first the developers with a real & cool
GNOME Products working. It might happen that we skip completely this
in the short term, just hiding the functionality.
- Fix workflows would be part of the next iteration, after 2.18.1.
