The only way to automatically check if GNOMETHEMES_MINOR_VERSION is odd
(no needs to add any --enable-placeholders option) seems to me this:
AM_CONDITIONAL(ENABLE_PLACEHOLDERS, test `expr $GNOMETHEMES_MINOR_VERSION '%' 2` = "1")
It works, but do you think it's correct (= or ==, escaping, expr
availability...)? If so, I'll commit on cvs HEAD soon.
