[Weekly Report] Week 5: Gnome-Shell Multiple Monitor Support

This past week I handled the workspace 
switching issues with respect to tracking
the active workspaces and making the
constraints so the workspaces would 
follow the switching design I created. The 
active workspaces are placed in an array 
based upon the monitor number. Any
workspace changes will subsequently
be updated in the array. This allows
the prevention of a workspace being
displayed on more than one monitor
at a single time.
