[Weekly Report]: Week7: Anjuta Python Integration

Couldn't put in much effort. Could just study Rope for 1 day, some
crash bugs to fix for now.
This week I'll make the plugin work more reliably, and see what all
features can be added. Two basic features (indent and completion) work
mostly, but I have to fix lots of bugs in them.
