[Weekly report] week 7: Anjuta JavaScript Integration

Hi,

This week I came from GUADEC.  I have an unproductive week.
But I have thought-out plan for refactoring code.
This week I am going to:
1. rewrite the code complete plugin so that it used the symbol-db.
2. delete parser gir files of the plugin and add it in anjuta-tags
