[Weekly report] week 11: nautilus: add google documents support.

Hi everyone,

This week was my first school week so I couldn't concentrate 100% to my 
Gsoc project. But I managed to find some time and I am getting near from 
a usable version of my project. I think I will need some help this week 
to figure out why my open/write function doesn't actually work, and I am 
also hoping for some code reviews ;)

Here is the log of my Gvfs branch:
     Make download file working
     Code review and optimization
     Add first write function implementation
     Fix push in dir bug
     Better files extensions handling
     Debugging
     Code refactoring in gvfsbackendgdocs.c

I also corrected some libgdata bugs:
   API lack to get upload URI [1]
   Crash when querying a specific folder [2]
   Make the Query single document working [3]

And the patch for nautilus:
   Add google documents entry in the Connect to server dialog [4]

I also created a blog [5].
