After talking to my mentor, we decided _not_ to bring the cheese-dbus 
part in 2.24! The thing is: feature freeze is today, so every app who 
would like to use the interface would have to implement it today (funny 
isn't it? :D)

So cheese-dbus comes in 2.26, together with media manger integration!
