Fail to build "Extension Site (A.K.A Sweettooth)" on my pc

I can't find web maillist, so I had to put it here.
I had installed all the requirements in requirement.txt,
here is my "pip freeze"

> Django==1.3.1
> PIL==1.1.7
> Pygments==1.4
> South==0.7.3
> argparse==1.2.1
> distribute==0.6.24
> django-autoslug==1.4.1
> django-registration==0.7
> wsgiref==0.1.2

but it still says   

> No module named psycopg2

I can't find any module named psycopg2 on pip source nor Github (may be the PSY knows it :)

Any help?
