shellshape: tiling window manager extension

I believe there were a few people interested in tiling features on
this list in the past. I've finally got a releaseable version of my
shell extension to enable tiling window manager features inspired by
the bluetile variant of xmonad.

want to learn more or fix bugs ;).

Right now the running process is a little perverted, as I need to
provide my own version of libmutter and the fedora package for
gnome-shell makes that almost impossible. I'd love to distribute this
as a plain extension, but the biggest blocker is the inability to add
keyboard shortcuts to mutter. So I'd like to take this opportunity to
stress how important this bug is for extensions that are more than
just tweaks:
