I adds a button to keep the application on top.
You can add the next desktop if it doesn't exist.

This is covered by first use case.
Then there would have to be a time based delay, and thus it would be in the users best interest just to go to the overview. However, I wouldn't mind having this feature -- just another way to interact with the windows in Gnome Shell.
This PieThrower is a really neat idea, and I would really like for it to be implemented.
