Absolutely, one of the things I loved about Jeremy's mockup was the
way he integrated the Add Programs feature into each category. I
think the full Add/Remove feature could live within settings if we had
that 'Add game', etc feature as a prominent part of the main program
list.
For bonus points: You could also have the 'Add program' pop up on the
main screen if no results are found for something. To really push the
boat out, you could do a package search in the background, and add an
'Install xxxx now' when users search :-)
