Thanks for your quick reply!
The access rights are ok. The dev-files are fact created dynamicly, but
when they are created, they have "crw-rw----  1 root dialout" and the
User who trys to sync is in the group dialout.

Oups, i should have written this:
gnome-pilot: 2.0.12
pilot-link: 0.11.8

These are the Packages from Debian Sarge
