You dont even need XSLT you just need to specify a default Stylesheet then
an Alternative stylesheet and Mozilla Seamonkey and Opera users can choose
to switch to other stylesheets if they want.
You might also consider seperating the style and the layout into two
sepreate stylesheets so that you can change the look without changing the
layout.

I'd also like to suggest that you (Charles) change your layout to have
two sections not three because if you resize the window the first section
about 'Gnome Office' doesn't resize well so it would be better to just
position it above the 'Core Applications' section rather than beside it.

It would be good if you could aim to make section headers like
"Applictions" into links too,
