I've installed python3-gobject. When I'm trying to import gtk3 or gtk module it fails.

That page says:
"Recent versions of PyGObject and its dependencies are packaged by
nearly all major Linux distributions. So, if you use Linux, you can
probably get started by installing the package from the official
repository for your distribution."

Not sure why you chose to install from source and why you wanted to
install from source. Please elaborate.
