File-roller already integrates with Nautilus. You can right click and
extract + compress.
I can see stock file-roller installs a nautius extension but nothing
shows up in my right-click nautilus context menu. This is Gnome svn
trunk.
Nautilus changed the extension directory since 2.21.1. File-roller SVN
now determines the correct location from some .pc file. However,
Nautilus still has the wrong directory in there (patch is in Bugzilla).
So you won't see it in trunk due to above bugs atm. But you could add a
symlink or something.
For me it is:
/usr/lib64/nautilus/extensions-2.0/libnautilus-fileroller.so (after 2.21.1)
vs
/usr/lib64/nautilus/extensions-1.0/libnautilus-fileroller.so (before 2.21.1)
