I know.  I saw you got defensive. :)  They are a great bunch of guys but
not everyone can project themselves on email properly.

We'd save ourselves a lot of trouble if our web infrastructure would
guide new contributors properly. </bitch>  However, we're working on
it but until then when in doubt mail the mailing list.

Anyways, don't worry about it.  There's  certain amount of resilience
you need to learn when you work on an open source project and
it'll make you stronger.

After all, we're geeks we don't know how to be touchy feely, but we are
honest! :-)
