Perhaps we could post a monthly or bi-weekly FAQ to the list that
answered some of the more common "where can I start" questions (e.g.
pointers to the list of un/poorly-documented apps, easy-fix bugs, or
whatever such lists exist these days), and perhaps included some of this
potted history as well...  at least then people wouldn't think the list
was completely dead :)
