I always forget to do an apt-get update after updating to
unstable/testing or whatever that has a gpg enabled apt.

So, advice:
# apt-get update

Maybe you have to update the debian-archive-keyring package, that
contains all the public keys of the official debian developers.

sudo apt-get install debian-archive-keyring
