Task List Buttons Won't Minimize in RedHat 7.1?

Hello,

After upgrading from RedHat 7.0 to 7.1, the Task List
buttons no longer minimize applications. In 7.0 you
could click to restore and click to minimize. You can
resotore by hitting a button, but you can only
minimize by right-clicking and selecting 'minimize'.

I can't find a way to get this feature back. Have we
lost something?
