Unlike Miles, you seem to be *trying* to offend. Calling people
fascists, directly or indirectly, is not likely to help get your
point across and serves only to hurt the person you attack. The
bit about incompetence doesn't help either. Perhaps you spoke more
harshly than you intended. That often happens when people write in 
a foreign language. I certainly wouldn't fault you for that,
but in any case I think you should publicly apologise to Miles.

For the record, I don't have a problem with non-English messages
on the list. I also don't have a problem with Miles' request.
