That would be "killall -HUP esd", however, recent E/gnome snapshots
haven't seemed to be happy about that setup. 

I'm still claiming that whichever program starts it should kill it.
If the wm starts it, it should kill it when it terminates. Same for
gnome-session, xdm/gdm, init, whatever...
