Re: gtkdoc-mkhtml

Hi. I just got through this one. You also need to checkout gtk-doc.
There are a few supporting apps that you will need to download
including some style sheets and an application called 'jade.' Here's
an excerpt from the README file for gtk-doc"

"Perl v5 - the main scripts are in Perl.

DocBook DTD v3.0 - This is the DocBook SGML DTD.
    http://www.ora.com/davenport

Jade v1.1 - This is a DSSSL processor for converting SGML to various
formats.
    http://www.jclark.com/jade

Modular DocBook Stylesheets (I've got 1.33, but v1.15+ should be OK)
This is the DSSSL code to convert DocBook to HTML (and a few other
formats). It's used together with jade.
I've customized the DSSSL code slightly, in gtk-doc.dsl, to colour
the program code listings/declarations, and to support global
cross-reference indices in the generated HTML.

And that's as far as I've gotten on it.

I checked out the latest version of gnome-libs last night and
something seems to be broken with autoconf (or I've hosed something up
on my system)

I get a string of messages saying

creating gnome-bug
sed: file conftest.s2 line 54: Unterminated `s' command

for each module.

I looked at conftest.s2, which is generated by running ./autogen.sh
and here are the lines right around 54.

s%@HAVE_ORBIT_TRUE@%%g
s%@HAVE_ORBIT_FALSE@%#%g
s%@ORBIT_CFLAGS@%-I/usr/local/lib/glib/include -I/usr/local/include
-I/usr/inclu
de%g
s%@ORBIT_LIBS@%Usage: orbit-config [OPTION]... [TARGET]... <---- No
'%g' here!!!!

Since this file is generated instead of supplied, I don't know how to
fix this problem.

In anycase, this kills the whole make process. Typing 'make'
afterwards gives

make: *** No targets. Stop.

HELP!!!
